Myrtle Beach’s hottest new attraction is just a short ride away
One exciting addition to the Myrtle Beach golf scene for 2019 is a brand-new, three-story, 55,000 square-foot Topgolf that is open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. So, imagine this: you’ve just spent the day playing golf on one of 12 world-class golf courses included on the Hammock Coast Golf Trail. As the sun goes down, your group enjoys dinner on the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk before hopping an Uber and heading toward Broadway at the Beach, where Topgolf is located just across the street. What a perfect day!
Topgolf provides a full food and beverage menu as well as their signature high-tech golf range. The game involves players scoring points by hitting golf balls into targets on an interactive driving range. Hitting bays are available on a first-come, first-served basis and accommodate up to eight people (six can play). If your group is looking to go on a weekend, be sure to plan ahead for a wait. Topgolf has quickly become an extremely popular attraction since its grand opening last month.
Still, Topgolf is well worth the wait, offering a unique experience that both traditional golfers and those who are less familiar with the game will enjoy. In this way, the facility presents a one-of-a-kind opportunity for groups in which not everyone plays golf. And after all, who knows? Maybe those friends and family who didn’t play before will return to Myrtle Beach next year with their own set of clubs!
Playing golf in the springtime along the Hammock Coast Golf Trail is all about creating memories with friends and family. Topgolf certainly provides ample space to make special memories. With an incredibly unique atmosphere and commitment to serve up an experience unlike any other in golf, you must check out Topgolf for yourself. Get under the lights and have a blast! What are you waiting for?
