Golfweek recently published their 2014 list of the “Top Courses You Can Play in America” along with a breakout of the best courses by State. The state of South Carolina is blessed with some awesome courses, and among the top 15 courses in the State are four Hammock Coast Golf Trail courses — Caledonia (#3), Heritage (#7), True Blue Golf Club (#9) and TPC Myrtle Beach (#11).
The Hammock Coast Golf Trail offers a collection of 11 award-winning courses located along the southern shores of the Myrtle Beach Grand Strand. Most all are built upon the sites of former colonial plantations, where centuries old oak trees and tidal rivers carry you back in history.
